About Us

Pembroke Wellness Center is a small, full-service, Family Medicine practice located in historic downtown Pembroke, New Hampshire. We specialize in family care from the beginning of life, all the way through the end of life. We believe in fostering personalized relationships over time to understand our patients’ needs regarding healthcare. As well as tailoring care to their individual needs. We aim to treat, educate, strengthen and empower our patients in taking an active role in their healthcare using friendly, efficient and evidence-based practices.
